At People and Organisation Development, we apply an integrated evaluation framework to all our program evaluation work. We have drawn together themes from the literature on evaluation of human resource initiatives to form the basis of a six stage evaluation process that can be used as a framework for carrying out program evaluations that cover a range of human resource programs within an organisation.
